"I just wanted to thank you for your hard work and dedication in making sure that our vision for our new headquarters was realized. I appreciate the effort you put into listening and discussing our needs up front before finalizing the plan and your attention to detail throughout construction.
In my view, our working environment provides a competitive advantage for us; It helps attract and retain talented employees and impress potential clients. It was important to us to not only be in an attractive office space, but also an efficient one. Thanks to your innovative design of the lower level space, our business has been able to expand our scope of services. You really brought the entire building to life and created the ideal home for Marketing Management Group. Once again, thank you for our efforts, and we look forward to working with you in the future" ' Doug Brooks, President, Marketing Management Group
Eagan Building Group was awarded a contract to expand the kitchen for the Culinary Arts Program at East Central College. The project needed to be completed over winter break and would have to be finished in time for the school's accredidation inspection. No delays would be accepted. Protection of the existing construction and dust control were of the highest importance as well. We were able to deliver the project successfully within the timeframe allotted and handed over a project that would allow for the culinary arts program to continue expanding.
Just wanted to say thank you for your effort and the effort of your subcontractors in our project for the regional training center. The craftsmanship was good and you met a very tough schedule. Should the opportunity come in the future, we would not hesitate to work with you. - Mark Eaton, Director of Facilities, East Central College
Eagan Building Group was hired as construction manager for the new Hardee's restaurant built in Washington, MO . This was an incredibly challenging project as the construction timeline only allowed 90 days from groundbreaking to owner turnover. To further complicate things, we had to coordinate dozens of subcontractors and vendors on a building site half the size of a typical restaurant building pad. With careful planning, we were able to successfully deliver this project and open the doors within the required timeframe.

Both renovation projects carried extremely aggressive schedules as we were unable to begin construction prior to schools ending and were required to be completed by commencement of the following school year.
