A case study in prototype store development

Maximize value and reduce costs by standardizing project design across multiple locations

The wheel has been perfected.  No need to reinvent it everytime your company is expanding.  Developing a prototype store affords the opportunity to incorporate your brand across multiple locations and markets in an accelerated timeframe.

Just ask PH Financial Services in Fenton, Missouri what we've been able to do for them.  They were ready for a new image and wanted to roll it out across their stores nationwide.  After a couple weeks of correspondence, we had developed the prototype for their new brand and applied it to a location in New Orleans, LA.  Within a timespan of just three months, we had developed their new look, filed all the necessary permits, and completed construction of the first new location.

Our prototype development services were validated when PH notified us that the concept we designed together was awarded the highest honors for store appearance at the Fi$CA (Financial Services of America) national convention in 2013.  The competing nominations were well recognized national brands.

"I had the pleasure of working personally with Tim and his design team when we developed the prototype for our retail stores.  The design process was very simple as we got to see instant renderings of our vision.  We were so pleased with the results that we entered our store into a national contest and we won first place at FI$CA in 2013 for best store makeover.  I would highly recommend Eagan Building Group to anyone." - Ryan Zeitler, PH Financial

Standardized design & construction offers a multitude of benefits including national account pricing for building products, quick mobilization of new projects, and a consistent image that customers will easily recognize and build brand loyalty to.
